About Us

Empowerment Quality Care Services is a community-based agency designed to provide professional, quality services to individuals and families in a collaborative effort to inspire positive and healthy future through  connections of advocacy, resources, and support.

We are a Mecklenburg County mental health service provider, accredited by CQL.  We provide PSR (Psycho Social Rehabilitation) services to adults and SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient) services to adults and adolescents.

It is our vision to ensure that all consumers are supported with quality care provided by their families, staff, and positive support systems, and as a result will become productive contibutors to his/her community.
